This policy explains what information Ensemble collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short and honest because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

What we collect

Your email address — only if you choose to enter it to receive your Workforce Blueprint or updates.
Basic usage data — standard, non-identifying analytics our host may collect (e.g. page views), if enabled.
Purchase information — if you buy a product, our payment processor handles your payment details; we never see or store your card information.

How we use it

To send you the Blueprint and related guidance you asked for.
To send occasional emails about products and updates. You can unsubscribe from any email, anytime.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make Ensemble run:

Email delivery — MailerLite, to store your email and send messages.
Payments — Gumroad, to process purchases.
Hosting — Vercel, to serve this website.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
Access or delete your data — email us at ensemble.workforce@gmail.com and we'll handle it.
If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data; contact us to exercise them.

Cookies

Ensemble uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We don't use advertising trackers.
